Ali Emre Ormancı is Chairperson of CICA’s (World Construction Association) Working Group on Construction Contracts and Multilateral Development Banks, contributing to advancing contractors’ perspectives in the development and review of standard forms of contract and MDB engagement. He continues his role at Yapı Merkezi Construction and Industry Inc. as Director – Head of Contracts Management, overseeing enterprise-level contract and commercial governance. With over 20 years’ international experience, he specialises in construction contracts, claims strategy and dispute avoidance and settlement.
