Damla Erensoy

Damla Erensoy specializes in international construction disputes and project advisory across energy, infrastructure, and commercial projects, supporting clients from contract preparation through to dispute resolution. She has significant experience with EPC contracts, including FIDIC-based forms, across the Middle East, Central Asia, and Turkey. Damla advises on construction claims and represents clients in arbitrations under various institutional rules, as well as investment treaty cases under ICSID, UNCITRAL, and ICC rules. She holds an MSc from King’s College London and an LL.B from Marmara University and is a CIArb Fellow and Istanbul Bar member.
