Farhan Shafi is an Associate in the Disputes & Investigations team at Winston Taylor in Dubai. His practice focuses on complex international disputes in Europe and the Middle East, and he has acted in arbitrations under the DIAC, ICC and LCIA Rules. A significant portion of his work involves construction disputes under FIDIC forms of contract, including claims relating to delay, payment, quantum, termination, and variations.
