Hussain is a Delay Director based in Doha, Qatar, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). He holds an MSt in Construction Engineering from the University of Cambridge and has over 20 years of experience, managing complex mega-projects across the Middle East, Europe, and the Far East. Specialising in forensic delay analysis, Hussain applies performance-driven and evidence-based methodologies to quantify critical path impacts and support claims and dispute resolution. He works closely with legal teams to deliver clear, robust analysis and reports suitable for arbitral proceedings.
