Mina is a Senior Associate in the International Dispute Resolution Group of a major US law firm, based in the Dubai office.
Mina’s practice includes disputes involving energy, construction, and infrastructure development across multiple jurisdictions and disputes under investment laws and treaties. She represents employers, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants in high-value construction and energy arbitrations. She has acted in arbitrations conducted under leading institutional rules, including those of the ICC, DIAC and ICSID, with seats in Dubai, the DIFC, London, and Paris. Mina also advises on post-award applications, including enforcement and annulment proceedings.
