Suzannah Fairbairn is a partner in Dentons’ Middle East Construction and Engineering practice, specialising in high-value, complex construction disputes and international arbitration. She advises contractors, employers and consultants across the GCC, with particular expertise in issues such as delay, disruption, defective works and payment disputes. Suzannah is recognised by Chambers & Partners and Legal 500, and is known for delivering clear, practical advice on technically complex matters. She is also a CEDR-accredited mediator, serves on the RICS World Regional Board, and is actively involved in the Society of Construction Law in Abu Dhabi.
