Dr Tudor Chiuariu is an attorney-at-law, professor, and international arbitrator, having his professional seat in Bucharest, Romania. He is a Senior Partner of the law firm he established in 2000, Chiuariu & Associates - Attorneys-at-Law, dealing mainly with complex disputes and foreign investment. At the same time, he is an Associate Professor tenured within the Faculty of Law of University “Titu Maiorescu” Bucharest, the largest private university in Romania, delivering courses and publishing scientific works on Administrative Law, Arbitration, Public Procurement. He holds a PhD magna cum laude in procedural law, and he was elected member of the Senate of the University (2024-2028). He often pleads before international courts and tribunals (CJEU, ECHR, ICC, CAS/TAS) and he is regularly appointed as an arbitrator in disputes based on ICC and UNCITRAL rules, in commercial matters and public contracts.
