Yusuf Kaya is a Civil Engineer with extensive international experience in contract management and dispute resolution for large-scale infrastructure and energy projects. He has been actively involved in complex international construction projects in Türkiye and abroad, focusing on contractual and commercial management throughout the project lifecycle. He has led numerous arbitration and dispute resolution proceedings arising from international construction projects and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), with a particular focus on international construction disputes and arbitration.
