Prof. Dr. Cemile Gökyayla
Prof Dr Gökyayla is a lawyer and construction law expert with significant experience in construction disputes, particularly construction arbitration and complex infrastructure-related claims. She advises and represents clients in domestic and international construction matters, with a focus on contract interpretation, delay, disruption, variation, payment and liability issues. In addition to her practice, she is an academic and currently serves as Dean of the Faculty of Law at Istanbul Kültür University.
