Frank Olivier Thomas is a civil engineer and Partner with over 30 years' experience in contract and claim management of international infrastructure and plant projects, primarily under FIDIC forms. He acts as independent delay and quantum expert in ICC and other arbitration proceedings, applying forensic schedule analysis techniques. He developed TK Contract Guard, an AI application covering the entire contract and claim management and dispute resolution process. He is an SCL member and co-founder of SCL Serbia.
