Irem Aksay
Irem Aksay is a Dubai based manager with 23 years of international experience in delay analysis, dispute resolution, and contract and claims management on major construction and energy projects. She has extensive hands on experience with FIDIC contracts, including EOT and time related cost claims, DAB proceedings, and complex disputes across the Middle East, Europe, and North America. Irem is also a member of FIDIC Contracts Committee Task Group 19, contributing to FIDIC’s new Practitioner’s Guide.
