Levent Irmak is a Civil Engineer (MSc in Construction Management and LLM in Construction Law and Arbitration) with over 30 years of experience. A FIDIC Certified Adjudicator on the FIDIC President’s List and FIDIC Certified Trainer, he has served extensively as Dispute Board member across various infrastructure projects. As a seasoned Expert Witness in international arbitration, he provides specialized testimony on technical and quantum matters. His portfolio spans more than 25 countries and exceeds 21 billion USD in project value. He is Past-President of DRBF Region-2.
