Luc Imbrechts
Luc serves as legal counsel and contract manager on infrastructure projects worldwide, particularly port and energy projects on- and offshore. These involve D&B, T&I, engineering, dredging/reclamation, decommissioning, etc.
In recent years Luc mostly assisted public and private employers, but also contractors and engineering firms, on their FIDIC, LOGIC, ea. such contracts. In the frame of Belgian public works contracts the AUR/RGE serve(d) as basis.
Since 2009 Luc is consular judge at the Business Tribunal of Brussels.
