Manikandan Murugesan is an arbitration and construction disputes expert with over two decades of international experience in contracts, claims management, forensic delay analysis, quantum assessment and dispute resolution across infrastructure, building, EPC and energy projects in the Middle East, Europe and Asia, including the GCC and India. He acts as an independent expert witness in delay, quantum and technical matters, supporting FIDIC-based claims, SCL Protocol-aligned analysis and dispute avoidance. He is MCIArb, MRICS, MCIOB and a Certified Forensic Delay Analyst.
