Marcel N. Bălțescu

Marcel N. Bălțescu is a dispute resolution and litigation lawyer with 10 years of experience. He is the founder of Bălțescu Legal, a Romanian law firm specializing in construction law. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest, where he also teaches Civil Law seminars to first-year students.
