Mustafa is an International Operations Director and Quantum Expert at Diales and part of the senior management team responsible for Diales’ operations in the Middle East and the wider region, including Turkey.
Mustafa holds a BSc in Civil Engineering and MSc in Construction Law and Arbitration. He is a RICS Registered Expert Witness and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Mustafa has extensive dispute resolution experience, including claims preparation and defense, negotiation/amicable settlement, formal proceedings comprising conciliation, expert determination, arbitration, and litigation, and has acted as a quantum lead in various high-value and complex contractual disputes.
His main sector experience includes oil and gas, power and energy, infrastructure, buildings, aviation, hospitality and healthcare.
