With over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, including 8 years in the Middle East, Nick is dual qualified and highly skilled in the preparation of forensic delay analysis claims. For the last 15 years, he has been involved in many fiercely contested Adjudications and International Arbitrations. He is contractually and commercially astute having initially worked at the grass roots of the construction industry, for two main contractors before focusing on the ‘dark arts’ of delay analysis.
