Roberto Panetta

Roberto Panetta is Founder and Managing Partner of Panetta Law Firm, based in Milan.
He is attorney at law specialized in domestic and international contracts, including private procurement and construction, restructuring agreements, service agreements, domestic and international commercial arbitration. He is CEDR Accredited Mediator, dispute board expert.
Since 2012, Roberto Panetta has also been Professor in Civil Law at the Luigi Bocconi University in Milan. Since 2016, he has also been a Lecturer of Civil Law (Business Contracts) at the Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome.
Since 2024 he has been Chairman of the European Society of Construction Law and since 2017 Secretary General of the Italian Society of Construction Law.
