Dr. Stephanie Englert-Dougherty, LL.M. (Temple University) is a certified specialist in construction and architects' law and in international business law, admitted in Germany and New York. She practises at prof englert + partner, Germany, advising on major construction projects in Germany and abroad. She has co-authored several construction law commentaries, and teaches construction law at IU International University. She is also active in the German Society of Construction Law and serves on the ESCL Board.
