Tom Francis is a Senior Managing Director at Ankura, based in London, with over 25 years’ experience in project planning and delay analysis. He has acted as delay analyst or expert on more than 60 occasions across international arbitration, DAB, adjudication and litigation proceedings. Tom has worked on major infrastructure projects under FIDIC, JCT, NEC and bespoke contracts, delivers industry training, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Practising Member of the Academy of Experts.
