Mustafa is a Director at Diales and is part of the senior management team responsible for Diales’ operations in the Middle East and the wider region, including Turkey.
Mustafa holds a BSc in Civil Engineering and MSc in Construction Law and Arbitration. He is a RICS Registered Expert Witness and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Mustafa has extensive dispute resolution experience including claims preparation and claims defence, negotiation/amicable settlement, formal proceedings comprising of conciliation, expert determination, arbitration and litigation, and has acted as a quantum lead in various high-value and complex contractual disputes.
His main sector experience includes oil and gas, power and energy, infrastructure, buildings, aviation, hospitality and healthcare.
