Ms. Göksu is a partner at GKS Law & Consultancy. Her practice mainly focuses on international commercial & investment arbitration, corporate law and financial transactions. Ms. Göksu represented private clients and states in disputes governed by various substantive laws and conducted under ICC, ICSID, UNCITRAL, LCIA and ISTAC. She is advising clients in high-stakes and complex infrastructure, energy, and construction disputes as well as M&A, post M&A, general contractual and commercial disputes.
Ms. Göksu received her master’s degree from University of Cambridge where she specialized in corporate and finance law, graduated with first class honors and awarded with Magdalane College Prize and Harol Philip Bundy Award based on her academic performance. Before that Ms. Göksu was at University of Oxford where she completed her first master’s degree (Magister Juris) and graduated with distinction.
