Adrian Bell is Co-Head of Infrastructure, Construction and Energy Disputes at CMS. He specialises in the avoidance, management and resolution of complex disputes in these sectors, and frequently represents clients in high value disputes in the English courts, in international arbitration and under all forms of ADR.
